In order to improve the ability of learners to flexibly respond in conditions of competition and to promote better standards of living, complex solutions should be found with the aim to promote the attractiveness of vocational education. In the next years, special attention should be paid to strengthening cooperation with employers in the field of vocational education management, implementation of educational programmes, including ensuring traineeship, and also the development of such new principles of vocational education as the development of modular vocational education programmes and work-environment-based vocational education.

 

The aim of the project is to raise awareness and appreciation of, as well as to increase the attractiveness of vocational education and training. Project FIVE consist of five European vocational education and training centres working with low qualified and unemployed persons. 

 

Project objectives:

 - to research vocational education situation in partner countries;

 - to raise awareness and appreciation of vocational education and training;

 - to increase the attractiveness of vocational education and training. 

 

Project results:

Summarize the vocational education experience of partners as to how to improve the training process and teaching techniques in order to develop final project result - Vocational Education Improvement Plan. Vocational Education Improvement Plan will consist of research, conclusions and recommendation found during the project. Recommendation how to increase the attractiveness of vocational education and training is our project main result all project partners will share this information to stakeholders during final dissemination activities.
