Fair Consumption (Consumo Justo) project aims to empower young people to take action for environmental sustainability through ethical, local, and fair consumption. The project will develop a mobile application and a digital toolkit to raise awareness of sustainable consumption practices. Through a series of local and international seminars, youth workers will be trained to become multipliers of knowledge and support young people, especially from rural or marginalized backgrounds, in becoming active, responsible citizens. The project includes co-creation workshops, tool testing, and community engagement activities, with a strong focus on inclusion, digital innovation, and environmental responsibility. The project combines non-formal education, digital tools, and grassroots action, fair consumption and fair trade aims to build a generation of young changemakers committed to creating a fairer, greener future.

Objectives of the project:

The aim is to encourage young people to get involved in an environmental cause through knowledge of fair, ethical and local consumption, to provide youth workers with expertise and to create a community of committed young people. Consumo Justo provides the necessary tools for understanding and commitment, encouraging individual or collective initiatives for sensible consumption, accessible to all.

A strategy for disseminating and internalizing the results will be put in place to make the project sustainable.
